Viscount Plastics ( Australia ) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals. We are bound by the National Privacy principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act and all employees and officers of Viscount Plastics are expected to comply with the Act and this Privacy Policy. We will only disclose personal information to a third party where we have consent to do so or if disclosure is required by law. What do we do to make personal information secure?

We take all reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised modification or discloser using physical, electronically and procedural safeguards. As the Internet is not a secure environment we take reasonable efforts to ensure any personal information collected is held securely. E-mails maybe automatically scanned which could result in certain attachments and style of message being held, until authorised and released by our IT administrators. This is purely for IT security purposes and our IT administrators will not access the content of the e-mails once this process is complete.

We rely on the personal information we hold to be accurate, complete and up to date so we can conduct our business. From time to time, we will ask you to tell us or if we are notified that the information is not accurate, completed or up date, we will take steps to ensure that it is corrected or the changes to the information are noted.
