All positions are advertised on our website, internally to our employees and externally outside Viscount Plastics. We want to encourage the best people to apply and this will include our own employees. We aim to attract and select the best applicants as employees.

Our recruitment process may include an initial telephone interview and/or face to face interview, occupational/psychometric test, reference checking and a medical examination which may include a drug and alcohol test.

All aspects of the above process is utilised in the selection of the 'right' employee.

Your application should include a covering letter addressing any specific selection criteria in the job advertisement along with your current resume outlining your skills, qualifications and achievements.

When you forward your application you will receive an email response acknowledging receipt.  You may then be contacted by the appropriate person handling the recruitment of the particular role. You may progress to the next stage of the process or you may receive an email advising you have been unsuccessful.

If we do not have an advertised position we also encourage people who feel they have the relevant skills and experience they may consider valuable to Viscount Plastics to forward their resume and other information about themselves to us.
