All positions are advertised on our website, internally to our employees and externally outside Viscount Plastics. We want to encourage the best people to apply and this will include our own employees. We aim to seek and select the best applicants as employees.
Our recruitment process may include a telephone and/or face to face interview, aptitude or other occupational/psychometric test, reference checking and a medical examination which may include a drug and alcohol test.
All aspects of the above process is utilised in the selection of the 'right' employee.
