Packaging & Decoration
A premium look, sales/shelf appeal and quality packaging is essential and Viscount’s ability to decorate its entire product range by way of IML, Heat Transfer, Shrink Sleeving, Off Set Print or Silk Screen Print ensures brand owner and consumer satisfaction.
In-Mould Labeling is the use of paper or plastic labels during the manufacturing of containers by injection molding. The label serves as the integral part of the final product, which is then delivered as pre-decorated item. It offers the ability to produce photo finish premium branding and top to bottom coverage
Heat Transfer Labeling is the transfer of a high graphic image from a label substrate directly onto a plastic container. The container & label are pre-heated and transferred to creating a bond with the plastic surface.
Benefits of HTL:
Shrink Sleeving is a process where a full body pre-printed sleeve is applied over the container and shrunk to the body contour of the container by conveying it through a dry\ heat or steam tunnel.
Offset Printing is a commonly used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface.
Silk Screen Printing is a stencil method of printing in which an illustrated design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the container.
